Hey everyone,

Coast LC Spotlight

Our teams have been on fire lately.

We’d like to give a SPECIAL shoutout to the 2025’s, who went undefeated and won the championship at ADRLN Santa Barbara tournament… finishing 5-0, and followed it up with another 5-0 finish at Southwest Cup in Tucson. Great job girls!

As we all know, in order to achieve results you MUST put in the work beforehand. Our 2027’s DEFINITELY know that, as they have had the best attendance of any team at our training sessions through October. Work ethic will take you places!

Stick work of the Week

Make sure you hit the wall this week (as you should every week). Try starting with this, at least 30 mins each day. Using cones, make a triangle in front of the wall. Each cone should be about 5 yds apart. Incorporating footwork into your stickwork makes it more game-like. Get creative and make different patterns with your footwork to challenge yourself. We’d love to see what you come up with!

  1. Dominant hand (x100)

  2. Non-dominant hand (x100)

  3. Quick stick switching hands without ball. For example: Throw right, switch while the ball is hitting the wall, catch left. Speed it up to challenge yourself. (x100)

  4. Quick stick switching hands with ball. For example: Throw right, catch right, switch to your left, throw left, catch left. (x100)

Ask ANY great player how they got to where they are, and we can almost guarantee they will tell you to hit the wall. In order to have confidence in games, you need to put in the work when nobody is watching!

Recruiting tip of the Week

Coaches are ALWAYS watching… act accordingly.

College coaches are watching the way you warm up, the way you treat your teammates, and the way you carry yourself. Don’t make the mistake of thinking they only watch during the game!
