Stickwork of the Week

For this week’s wall ball, we’re keeping it simple. Complete this circuit and time yourself.

1. Pass, split dodge, pass (x50 each side)

2. Quick stick switching hands without ball. For example: Throw right, switch while the ball is hitting the wall, catch left. Speed it up to challenge yourself. (x100)

3. One hand, cradle in between (x50 each side)

4. One hand quickstick (x50 each side)

Recruiting tip of the Week

Focus on getting enough rest and recovery. 

Good sleep habits and adequate rest are ESSENTIAL to perform your best. Make sure to get plenty of sleep each night and plan rest days into your training schedule.
