Coast LC Spotlight

We want to highlight an INSANE OPPORTUNITY we have coming up NEXT WEEK.

Monday, January 16th from 6-8 PM at Cardiff Sports Park, you have the opportunity to work with three phenomenal lacrosse players right here in our backyard.

Ally Mastroianni had a record-breaking 2022. She won a collegiate national championship with UNC in May, won a gold medal at the world cup with Team USA over the summer, and played in AU as a professional lacrosse player into the fall.

That’s a TON of lacrosse. She is one of the greatest players in our game right now, and she’s coming to Cardiff Sports Park for one night.

An amazing opportunity for all you young players out there!

  1. Quick stick

  2. One-handed quick stick

  3. Quick stick, change hands

  4. Catch and cradle

  5. One-handed catch and cradle

  6. Split dodge and throw

Remember to keep your feet moving, and don’t be discouraged by a drop! Keep moving forward.

Recruiting tip of the Week

Be where your feet are.

As young athletes, it’s very easy to get wrapped up in different areas of your life. You have assignments in school, workouts, practices, family time, and so much more that occupies your time.

Additionally, you have so much to look forward to. There are so many amazing days in your future.

Make sure that you remember to be fully present in every moment that you can be. During dinner with your family, put your phone in your bedroom. At practice or a speed session, take in the moment with your teammates.

Don’t worry about the future, recruiting, tryouts, or anything down the road. Be the best version of yourself in the moment, and those things will all take care of themselves.
